Varnenski Ulichnik is a fanzine about my hometown Varna, Bulgaria which my friend Georgi Georgiev and I had founded and published for a period of about five years together with a couple of very talented writers and designers. Some members of the team went on to achieve international fame in their chosen educational and career paths.

We kept the punk DIY spirit of original fanzines. Printed the magazine on Xerox machines and sew the pages together by hand. However that approach didn't stop us from interviewing famous Bulgarian artists and athletes like the bands Animatsionerite and Babyface Clan, rapper Qvkata DLG, Paralympic medalist Stela Eneva, painter Kokimoto and more.

There's not much of it in digital form as we kept it mainly offline.
